the family room was very spacious. breakfast offered excellent healthy choices, a feature i value. the location provided easy access to public amenities (tesco and shopping malls are just opposite).
the tv kept displaying a 'no signal' message. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, switching between too hot and too cold. the corridor leading to my room had a noticeable smell of old carpets.

the decor throughout were complete to a high standard. i had a comfy bed and extra pillows were provided.
the little chair in the room had some stains, it made me think about the cleaness of the beddings.
